Thanks so much for your comment. We did see some wheelchairs but not many. They do have accessible rooms, but you will need to be very specific as to what you need. The huge property has shuttles that take you between all three buildings. I'm not sure how accessible they are though. If you choose to stay at the Grand, you may want to stay at the Grand. It is the nicest of the three. We are a full-service travel agency and can help you get the best room for your needs or find the best property for your situation.

@tbgsport Thanks for commenting. We don't either.. The property came highly recommended to us. One of the managers said that they were severely understaffed last summer. I'm not sure if that was the case but either way, everything from service to food and entertainment were below par for us.

Thanks for your comment. Unfortunately, this is true. Our experience was terrible, and we report what we experienced.

They are on the same property but completely different. Sunrise and Nizuk are considered Moon Palace. The Grand is more expensive and much higher end. You can get a day pass to the Grand for $99pp. You also can't eat at any of their restaurants unless you are staying there or have a day pass. If you are staying at the Grand, you can use all three properties.

Glad you are able to enjoy the property. Maybe if we were staying at the Grand, we would have had a different experience. Members of our family did the tour. They received 500 URCs...When they used them on tours, it cost them another $300.

@solshinetravel Wow. That seems like a lot. As members we don't pay that much I know that for sure. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. We've been there more times than I can count and there have been certain things we don't like, but overall it's been worth the money we have spent.
