Adi Changkara whose ailment was healed by Lord Muruga by 'vibuthi prasadam' in Thirucendur.Adi Changkara who did not want to sing praising Lord Muruga in Thirucendur as he( Adi Changkara ) only sings for Lord Shiva , was told by Lord Shiva in the dream to stand in front of Lord Muruga statue and close the eyes and sing praises while thinking of Lord Shiva. Adi Changkara did this and when he opened his eyes , instead of the statue of Lord Muruga in front of him , there was Lord Shiva.This is when Adi Changkara learnt Lord Muruga is Lord Shiva and Lord Shiva is Lord Muruga and sang praises for Lord Muruga.This is when Lord Muruga came and gave him ' vibuthi prasadam' that healed Adi Changkara's ailment. No Shivan's or Vishnu's weapon will surpass Sakthivel if Lord Muruga with Sathivel intervenes.Correct me if I am wrong ? No need to get as angry as Shiva or Vishnu , with power , beauty and wisdom Lord Muruga surpass all including imprisoning Brahma and defeating Brahmastram ( even Shivan couldn't defeat Brahmastram )and halting Yema thevan with his Sakthivel.Lord Muruga , Siva Guru Nathar who is mentor to Lord Shiva and Lord Krishna's ( Vishnu) favorite newphew , in younger days destroyed vajrayuda just by staring at it and defeated Brahmastram , a boon from Brahma given to asura Soorapadman that couldn't even be defeated by Lord Shiva , with his Sakthivel and as sage Adi Changkara learnt in Thirucendur Lord Shiva is Muruga , Muruga is Lord Shiva as Lord Muruga healed Adi Changkara's ailment with ' viputhi prasadam'. This another reason it is said praying to Lord Muruga equivalent to praying to all Hindhu gods.It is said Shiva and Hari ( Vishnu / Krishna / Parathaman ) plays in jeeva rasi including humans life and decide fate of their devotees or those who oppose them. Since , not only Lord Muruga is the teacher of Lord Shivan and have the sixth face of sa ra va na bha vha ( Shiva has 5 faces . Even Lord Shiva can be cursed by sages or other gods and have to go thru the karma but Lord Muruga in the perfection of 6 elements ( Sa Ra Va Na Bha Vha ) is the ultimate) , Lord Krishna had acknowledge Lord Muruga as his favourite son-in-law and Shivan & Hari( Vishnu / Krishna / Parathaman) are one , theoritically , when Shivan or Hari (Vishnu) deciding your fate , by devoting to Lord Muruga , Lord Muruga and his Sakthivel will come to your aid , can halt Shivan or Hari's power or weapon and demand justice for the devotee.Then again , remember any decision made by Lord Muruga is done is depth of 'thatuvam' ( karma / dharma philosophy ) symbolizing Lord Muruga's power , wisdom and beauty forever and it never fails.
