I grew up on 19th Ave and Baseline. I still live there now. I grew up in the charter school that is owned by the Boys and Girls Club of the East Valley. My mom didn't like how my brother was treated in the Roosevelt School District. I want my son to go to a school that is on 16th St and Roser. I'm still leaning toward Homeschool, but I'm glad I got a different outlook on how some want to improve the district. Everything that y'all talked about I had at my charter school. I was so excited for this episode! To see another black woman on social media preach the importance of carrying. The woman in my family do not understand and I am super excited to take the self-defense class. I love being around my black men, but being around black women who practice is something I love to see and makes me comfortable enough to learn better.

Had a situation where the school was put on lockdown. Baby girl did as was taught wnd found a way off campus and waited atvthe community library. Gotta teach the babies how to be stealth as well be ready to fight for your life

Another W episode. This messages comes right on time for my son's 4th birthday. I'm going to clikclikbang soon to get another firearm and see which one fits my hands best. Amazon has a sale on generators right now. Everything is pointing to us preparing and no one likes to listen. Not even family. I'm making sure I have my curriculum books ready physically and digitally. I'm gonna get my digital library together to have entertainment for the children or myself. Totally relate to your frustration concerning family becoming aligned on preparation efforts. Ultimately, I encourage you to continue leading by example and maybe others will become inspired.

You can ease a lot of your frustration by realizing that when you go, you can't take everyone with you. Unfortunately, that includes family members. Focus on your immediate household and hopefully your example will inspire and educate others.

This was so powerful! I haven't been to Afrika yet! I want to go to Nigeria because according to my ancestry test my marker is there. When I researched the tribe, they are masters of pottery. I LOVE ceramics! It's in my blood! I was always so fascinated with the way Shea butter is made in Nigeria. I think this is conformation that my son and I need to go! W episode again! New Farm Bill has built in funding for minority farmers and for those socially disadvantaged. Ironically, they are focusing heavy on female minority farmers. That's a little red line to box out our black men, but conscious Queens knows how to work around that b.s.

It was a lot of Hispanic Farmers who were recipients. In our rural coalition meetings, it was tons of Spanish Speaking recipients from New Mexico. Of course they were not allowing something to be exclusive to us. Kamala Harris made it clear she was not for it. It's labeled as a black initiative, but the actual application language said MINORITY

The application process was extensive. There was a coalition that aided with the application process. What's wild is that all the money wasn't even grabbed. Many didn't want to be bothered with the long application process or had the patience to wait for payouts. Thanks to the rural coalition, I was able to get this completed for my father.

This was so needed! Thank You for continuing to inspire me to keep prepping and looking for land and learning the things of our ancestors. My grandmother made things from scratch, including soap. I'm planning on getting a wash board to start learning to wash clothes by hand with my homemade laundry soap. Excited to buy land with my family soon. I'm looking at the G-Bar. I took the National Geographic Geno 2.0 test. It got pretty specific to my knowledge. It took me Senagalese Tribe of Nigeria. They were masters of pottery.
