Oooooo something i thought about was how many of us read books that have prepping or homesteading in them? Parable of the Sower by Octavia Butler is definitely Si-Fi but alot of good info is in it!

The application process was extensive. There was a coalition that aided with the application process. What's wild is that all the money wasn't even grabbed. Many didn't want to be bothered with the long application process or had the patience to wait for payouts. Thanks to the rural coalition, I was able to get this completed for my father.

I think it would be cool to talk alternative building materials. Is it something anyone would do? Like building with Superadobe, hyperadobe, building our own homes with our bare hands... 🤷🏾‍♀️ I'd love to hear that conversation.

It was a lot of Hispanic Farmers who were recipients. In our rural coalition meetings, it was tons of Spanish Speaking recipients from New Mexico. Of course they were not allowing something to be exclusive to us. Kamala Harris made it clear she was not for it. It's labeled as a black initiative, but the actual application language said MINORITY
