Among some of the other trace elements in celtic salt are: plutonium, mercury, aresenic and lithium. However, I don't think we as humans can escape all the elements that are bad for us. They're even in the air we breathe.

Hi Selena. Thanks for the video. I did sort of GAPS and ate meatstock for 3 years, however it didn't heal my gut. I stop tolerating meatstock and got histamine intolerance on top of that. My doctor suggests that the leaky gut in my case is triggered by malfunctioning vagus nerve system, sending wrong signals to the gut. Is that possible? If so, how do I heal that?

What is water keifer grains and where do you get them?
@wholenesscampaignКүн бұрын
They are basically milk kefir grains but when you use them enough in water and sugar they become translucent and people called them water kefir grains. Occasionally they need to be put back in milk to refresh. Cultures for health sells them.

my body responds best to celtic sea salt. i've tried the mined salts, (like himalayan or redmond) number one: they (redomond) give me stronger underarm odor (usually a sign of contamination) and 2) they are grittier... sandy... which doesn't work well in my smoothies... my body is sensitive to heavy metals, and i don't get any issues when taking celtic....

Sorry Idk if it wasn't clear in the video - I have never done it but I know it can be done. I have heard people do it with a bit of whey or fermented brine to start it along with water and maybe some salt.

I found a biological dentist and got a quote from them last week. They are charging $150 for ozone therapy + $457 for a resin composite filling. They said I need a 3-surface filling done on 3 teeth. They never pointed out the cavities on the x-Ray. All the work they said would come out to about $1,600. This week I went to my old standard dentist and they said I only have 1 cavity that needs a 2-surface resin filling for $250. I’m so sad and absolutely confused.
@wholenesscampaign11 күн бұрын
I would try another biological or holistic dentist. With such a wide range of feedback I don't trust either of them. Find another (maybe even 2 more holistic/biological dentists) and take the commonality. Also if you aren't in pain. You could also try high doses of cod liver oil + butter oil to help remineralize teeth. This worked really well for me.

The recipe is in the description (hard to see on shorts) Meat Stock Recipe: • 2-3 lbs of bones (chicken, beef, or lamb) • Filtered water • 1-2 tbsp apple cider vinegar • Optional: vegetables like carrots, onions, peppercorns, salt, and celery 1. Place the bones in a pot and cover with water. 2. Add apple cider vinegar and let sit for 30 minutes. 3. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 2-4 hours. (The bigger the animal the longer the cook time) 4. Strain and enjoy!

RIP Dr. Becky. Would you say everyone needs to do GAPs to start?
@wholenesscampaign19 күн бұрын
Yes ❤️ - I personally believe it would benefit everyone (when done correctly, with the support of a practitioner, and alongside proper detoxification, chelation, and nervous system regulation) People often skip elements and say that the diet didn't work but we have to remember it isn't just a diet, it is a protocol and arguably needs certain lifestyle factors to support for it to be effective. To answer your question: no but it does help to start there IMO - todays video actually goes into this.

For me it was and it seemed to just cut the edge off a bit. It didn't get rid of it completely but I found that the less I had sitting in my colon the less nausea I felt. I would do them in the mornings and then eat lots of protein and it definitely helped.

I would much rather seek out a plant-base alternative. Have you even given a nanosecond of thought to how much suffering happens to bring this liver to your mouth? If you had the courage to watch the life cycle IN PERSON of what these poor creatures endure, ( and assuming you 'had a heart') I can only hope you'd choose plant-based healing.
@wholenesscampaign26 күн бұрын
:) Judging by your profile you are an animal lover. I completely get that. I truly believe when you treat animals humanely, it is not a harmful thing for humans to eat meat and it is in fact necessary to get all your nutritional needs met. If you don't have any chronic issues, carry on using plants but a simple google search will tell you that plants have far less bioavailable nutrients. I will be honest with you - plants are great for detox but they are not good for nourishment. Therefore plant-based healing does not work in the long run. People run out of nourishment. If/when you hit that point - please come back, I am happy to help you.
