Ahh, yes... Friday evening, I've had something good to eat, relaxing after a long week and watching my favorite wooden model ship builder do his magic again.. Perfect 👌 The videos are outstanding just the way they are, but maybe with just a little calm traditional Japanese music would be great😊 Thank you so much for sharing your work with us😊

Блоки перед установкой нужно обработать, ато они имеют вид недоделаных и сильно не соответствуют блокам той эпохи.

Incredible detail! Truly a work of art, but I did notice your serving seems to be going in the wrong direction. It appears to be with the lay. It should be against the lay.

Tja was jetzt. Dann fängt man ein neues zu bauen. ❤

You do fantastic work. Would it have been better to have cut the filler blocks closer ? I understand leaving some for matching. I’m don’t know I’ve built a dingy and an armed longboat. So I’m not real knowledgeable about construction methods, but I’m getting better. Watching shows like yours really educates me.
@craftlabo.tanaka325916 күн бұрын
Thank you for your kind words! Cutting the filler blocks closer can save time, but leaving extra material for fine adjustments was a safer approach for me.

I was watching again all the videos...your job is impressive; how do you know how the knots must be? And the improvements you make are nice too. Do you have books abouts ships or where you get the info?

Do your videos follow the sequence of builds per the kit instructions?
@craftlabo.tanaka3259Ай бұрын
The kit instructions are just a reference for me; I mostly follow my own methods. I often scratch-build parts as well.

Hello Takanao 👋 Thank you for another outstanding video😊 I have said it before, and I will probably keep saying it over and over, but your work is truly amazing. Your attention to detail is next level. Every time I watch your videos, I get drawn into the slow pace of the video, camera angles, details and, of course, the music. The music for me is just perfect 👌 It really sets the mood for the build 😊 Thank you so much, again. I'm really looking forward to your next video. Oh, and I wish you and your family a happy new year 🎉 ✨️ Stay safe 😊
