I listen to this one at least a couple of times a week. Whilst Sat meditating at home, Sat in car between sales visits. Or the best time is when I do exercise up a hill near me. At the top after a hard 25 minutes steep gradient with a very fast walking pace. Then sitting with this on in the background I have the rolling fields to my front with a mass of woodland surrounding the hillside. I close my eyes getting my breath back to normal and for 9 and half minutes my mind is completely silent as I go through the routine of see,feel and hear... It resets me every time... It's the best one for me

By the way, I live in Bad Meinberg, a small, tranquil town of 5,000 inhabitants in the middle of Germany. Here in Bad Meinberg there is a very large yoga ashram (Yoga Vidya) in the tradition of Swami Sivananda. Perhaps there will be an opportunity for you and the cosmic choir here in Bad Meinberg for a musical satsang or a concert. The place would definitely be suitable for that.
