He chose to focus on work and his daughter. When his daughter was grown, he chose not to pursue personal interests. It was even his choice not to go to the wedding. Nope. She can't just kick you out. She has to give you 30 days notice; people think this only applies to tenants - it doesnt. Stop down there at the court clerk and they'll give you the statute and help you file. If they lock you out, you call police, otherwise you just deal with the civil court.
