Hi Venkat, all Streamingteacher subscriptions are recurring, as stated in our Terms of Service and on the account registration page. If you would like to go through with cancelling your subscription, log into Streamingteacher, and go to your account page. From there, select "Billing and Subscription", then click the "Manage" button in the "Currently Subscribed To" section. At the bottom of the pop up window, there is a red "Cancel" button. Just click that and follow the prompts and you will have your subscription canceled. We do hope you will come back to learn with us. Be sure to fill out our cancelation survey in your email to let us know how we can improve our Mastercam training in the future.

Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way. If you wanted a field to equal 2x your tool diameter, you could enter your tool's diameter and then type *2. For instance, if you are using a Metric configuration, and you want a field to equal 2X your endmill, let's say it's a 12mm tool, then you would type 12*2 and enter. You should get 24. Hi CEMachine, That is a strange issue we have heard some chatter about. Do you have the latest Mastercam update installed? It's not listed in the Readme file as a fix but we tried out the Arc Polar function in Mastercam HLE 2022 Update 3 and we didn't see that problem happening. Hi MD, The $30 per month gives you unlimited access to our lesson library, including our advanced lessons, the recordings for all our live presentations, plus access to lessons for all supported versions of Mastercam. Our lessons are not live classes, our pre-recorded lessons are hosted in an organized, searchable content library. However, our Presentations are hosted live once per month. @@md8744 Yes, we have many lessons on Multi Axis currently and its still growing! Our live presentations do give you the opportunity to ask questions about the topic to our instructors and get them answered live. :)

Hi Barry! The Note entity itself doesn't work with Roll or Project, so you wouldn't be able to have a note on a cylindrical surface. However, in the Advanced tab for Note you can use the "create geometry" checkbox to turn the note into wireframe which can be rolled or projected. This does break the concept of this video though, since it's no longer a live Note entity when you use "create geometry". Hey CNC Programmer 2017! Without seeing it myself, that does sound like a graphics issue. Mastercam doesn't support on-board graphics, or there might be driver issues. I would definitely recommend getting in touch with your local Mastercam reseller for assistance. They would be happy to help you with any issues you're facing to keep you as productive as possible!

Let us clarify this. The AMD Vega Graphics Card not being listed as supported by Mastercam doesn't necessarily mean it won't run Mastercam 2021. The AMD Vega Graphics Card will likely still run, just not at high performance. Discrete graphics cards offer different performance as well. One of our instructors uses a discrete AMD Vega 20 card on their laptop and it runs Mastercam 2021.

But my computer warns me it may not run properly due to graphic driver, even though I installed Vega adrenalin several times and 3d mark score hits over 12000. My wife reported this situation to local retailer but its engineer told her it's all because my notebook doesn't have external graphic card. I couldn't understand his reply. Without extenal graphic card, Mastercam have hard time even in handling 2D objects. Especially lines are quivering occasionally/ (let me say this again. Fires trike 3d mark score hits over 12000) It is too bad Msatercam doesn't support AMD internal graphic card officailly. My notebook's graphic score even beats my desktop's external card. Hi Alfonso, It sounds like you may not have administrator rights on your computer. There may also be a hardware issue such as a video card.
