is it possible to use a mathematic function in this fields? for example di*2 , then "di" - a tool diameter?

Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way. If you wanted a field to equal 2x your tool diameter, you could enter your tool's diameter and then type *2. For instance, if you are using a Metric configuration, and you want a field to equal 2X your endmill, let's say it's a 12mm tool, then you would type 12*2 and enter. You should get 24.
