Aww. 2005. Where it started for me. My obsession with Doctor Who. Trying to learn when this show was about. Learning about Daleks and Cybermen and the master. Seeing the what the Tardis was like and we had and saw the 9th Doctor and Rose together. Those where the days.

Looking back on this is just so nostalgic,i may have liked tennant and his era more but this was my introduction to doctor who,it's just a shame that series 6 and 7 weren't as great as this one.

I disagree. I thought series 6 was amazing even if the episodes were not that great and I thought series 7 was great too. I always thought this era was better than RTD and Tennant one. I liked the doctors assistants Amy and Clara better than Rose and Martha Jones and the storyline were better and they went into space alot more than they did in RTD and Tennant era.

Me! The Matt Smith era was a new golden age for Doctor Who (barring David Tennant of course). Series 5 had always that spark of adventure across time and space. Too bad I can't say the same for the Jodie Whittaker era. Feels like the spark faded over the new generations (with the exception of Peter Capaldi; he was the best of the Doctors).
