I need to get back on the lower carb/lower fat train. I derailed during summer. I feel you about carbs, they are sooooooooooo good. I already drink about a litre or more of water a day so i got that down. I also need to start walking again. Send me some of your will power Lupe!! Because you are rocking it!!! Hi Brisket!!! ❤ I have tried the cauliflower crust a few times and i cant get used to it. When i do a keto type pizza i used the fathead crust. Soooooo good but lots of salt depending on the cheese you use.

Keep it up Lupe!! One of my favorite low carb meals out is quarter pounder deluxe extra pickles with no bun, no mayo, light ketchup. They’ll put it in a platter for you and you can eat it with a fork.

I quit eating sugar in March of 2020, and it has transformed me to the point that people don't recognize me. I started 18:6, and I had no sugar, and over three years ago, I went OMAD. I have reversed several chronic diseases. Keep at it! I also lost 80 pounds and have kept it off with no sugar and no processed foods.

You are doing so good. Keep up the good work. I try to eat low carb and for my pizza, I will either just fix a pizza bowl or make the chicken crust with ground chicken, egg and Parmesan cheese. It is so delicious and filling.

@@LupeLtd @ Use one can of chicken (drained) or ground chicken, one egg, grated Parm cheese. I added garlic powder and Italian seasoning. I flattened it using rolling pin and parchment paper then baked in 400 degree oven for about 10 min until bottom was browned some. Then I flipped it over and put toppings on it and baked until cheese was melted. I made the crust pretty thin so it was crispy. It was so filling and delicious. Just be sure you spray the parchment paper very well. I used parchment paper underneath so I could flip it over easily and also on top when I flattened it. The key is to make it thin so it doesn’t taste like chicken if that makes sense.

It took me a second why the question was asked as we didn’t talk about it here lol but theoretically you could but I’ve never had too - I’ve had latex window covers to stay cool
