If I go to the drive through and tell them to hold a sec while I think of my order the initial person gives up and I almost always end up with a different person when I order. Even if it takes my 10 seconds to order. I never get what I order. Past two times I went I ordered online so I don't have to deal with two different people. Both times they are out of the ingredients to complete the order. I have yet to go to my local store in the years it's been there and order something and get through the drive through on time and with what I ordered.
