Hi I'm a American citizen coming from Jamaica to panama. My husband is Jamaican. So will we need it to get back into Jamaica? Looked everywhere and can't find anything?

This was an excellent video. I was looking at a home I was thinking about purchasing in the future after I rent for about a year. I was buckling in the wall on the 360 video. I was wondering if it was water damage, then that had me thinking about the weather and mold. When I lived in a condo in Tampa, I was only on the 4th floor so I had to be very aware of how I handled things. Thank you again for all that you share. I truly appreciate it.

This is just the type of information most people moving to a country need to see. The apartments available and the cost of the apartments. If you continue to show apartments for all budgets, I am sure you will greatly increase your membership. It does not matter if your hands are not steady, a lot of retirees move abroad and they understand as their mobility is not completely steady either. In fact, I did not notice it until you mentioned it and I still don't really notice. We can clearly see the apartments and everything we need to see and you are giving the information in a concise manner. Great job. Look forward to more.

Why do they need a pregnancy test for unrelated procedures? When I lived in the US in my 20s and early 30s, I do not recall that. There was just a box to check- "are you pregnant?" (and sometimes, "are you nursing?") No tests. I am assuming the testing has to due with abortion rights (or lack there of)? Or is it something else?

I would love to leave America. But i can't afford it, and my career, trade is security. You have to have a career or permission to move into some countries. You must also speak the language.

Thanks for sharing this video with your viewers. We always sincerely appreciate your hard work which you give so freely. I'm going to stick my neck out to try to explain one of the aspects of quality of life. Folks don't realize that quality of life isn't just money, or luxury, or standard of living, or having stuff. A lot of quality of life (QOL) depends on the stimuli we receive from our environment. Take away that stimuli, and we suffer general unhappiness no matter how much we have materially. Briefly, our environment and surroundings play a critical role in our overall happiness. Things like sounds, smells, sights, and scenery contribute to our mental health and well-being. I know folks from Siberia who crave full cream milk and yogurt, and they feel "uneasy" if they go for a long time without it. For those who grew up hearing about or visiting the Caribbean, inner peace comes from seeing palm trees, looking at the ocean, and eating tropical fruits. Everyone is different, but it's essential to understand the different types of environmental stimuli that make us joyful. And when we immerse ourselves in such an environment, optimism is the net outcome. Ciao for now. 😉

Wow! Nice channel! What is up with KZbin! This channel should easily have +100000 subscribers. That said, I was in Panama about 6 months ago for three days. I spent a dayin Panama City and took a bus up to Boquete and spent most of my time there. It never occurred to me to visit Colon. I have heard the stories about how dangerous it is. I don't believe those stories. I think a lot of "Gringos" do not feel comfortable being around Black people. The one thing that struck me about Boquete was the large 'largely White' Retirement Expat community there. They have really carved out a patch of real estate for themselves and "gentrified" that area. Nice houses and businesses. I see a lot of poor Pananamians there who cannot afford to live in those communities. Many of whom work for the Gringos who come into their country and prosper. Something is very wrong with this IMO. I am a Black American and as I was walking through Boquete I found everyone to friendly but some of the Expats I encountered had this attitude that "Boquete is our neighborhood and certain people are not welcomed here. It's not even their country! LoL. Boquete reminded me of the many White affluent neighborhoods in the United States that have a few 'token' Blacks in them. Just a vibe I had about the place. ALL of the Panamians I met there were chill. Love them! I understand that "Gringo" Dollars, Euros, etc is clout and power to weild control over people and land. They generate jobs for poor Panamanians. But the Gringo lives high on the hog. Where is the conscience? Next time I am in Panama, I will visit Colon and check out other cities in Panama. Panama is a very beautiful country. I am very interested in Colon and I wonder why it seems not to have been included into the Panamanian framework. Why it is "Latin Americas Forbidden City." How do the people of Colon feel about being shut out? I appreciate you and your channel.
