I tried to pull the part out but it didn't even move. My tea maker doesn't have that little long part in the middle, so I cannot pull it out like that. 😭

OMG! Thank you so much!!! I took my Perfect tea steeper apart to deep clean and left it to air dry. When I came back to it I totally forgot the bottom needed to be put in the grooves! 🤪 You saved me! I started to panic cause you know... no more Teavana shoppes😢!

You, my lady, are a life saver. I've always wanted one of these and a lady was giving me hers because she thought it was broken. I found your video and de-assembled it, cleaned it and assembled it and it worked!!!!! I'm so excited to see my blooming tea inside it. You're amazing! Thank you!!
