I took a few years off from the ice palace before coming back. Alex isn't a regular these days either. However rumor has it Skyes doing a lot of paintball these days.

I can laugh because i've gotten my share of bumps and bruises on the ice from my 17 years of skating. Both rotator cuffs injuried - one side permanently, dislocated finger.

In this video, a gopro black 7. Shot at 2k 30p & 60p wide. The different frame rates don't exactly blend so the 30p is sort of blurry. Also keep in mind you need to recrop and color grade the footage.

The drift jump was one of Mark's trademark moves, he would get incredibly close to you to make that jump. The gal in front knew Mark's abilities so she didn't panic.

your skating looks amazing! How did you learn it? Did you practice on roller skates before, or did you start from scratch on the ice? Also, what would you recommend for someone who wants to start skating like that? Do you need special figure skates, or are regular hockey skates enough?

Practice is #1. These are just my opinions - Get a mid tier level skate, and they don't need to be new ones. You can buy used I recommend you disinfect them before use. Learn how different hollows can affect your abilities. Learn from the better skaters at your rink.
