So basically, you do the pin curl method ☺️ it is very effective indeed, (with the improvement of better tools of course 🤍) love this! because it does the least amount of heat damage to the hair. Foam rollers are also a good option for sleeping on your curls, and a scarf to hold your pin curls will help with flyaways 😊 it is my technique. I’m actually looking into getting the Dyson because I have A LOT of thick curly hair and pin curls alone just won’t dry during the winter, and I don’t particularly like staying under a dryer for 3hrs 😅

Who has the time to be rolling their hair every night and sleeping that way????!!!! that’s crazy!!!! you could do the same thing just curling your hair without the Dyson air wrap that’s what women used to do back in the 60s. Anyway I have a Dyson air wrap and it holds my hair for a couple of days without the pinning and the products. I just use a heat protection spray, no hairspray.

I love your beautiful luscious hair. thanks for the very well-explained tutorial. You even answered my question - how to go to sleep and yet have the curls the next day without blowing again. I cannot really see the pin you use to pin your hair. would appreciate it it if you could tell me what kinds of pins to buy please. Thanks so much

Do you use smoothing brush on dry hair and not wet hair? Some people say using it on dry hair makes it frizzy. What do you do?

Love your video! But girls be honest... Is it just me or are you also a little frustrated that you buy an airwrap for a lot of money and then spend almost twice the time as you would with a curling iron just to have to clip every curl on your head because otherwise it wouldn't even stick?!

I think what you basically did was pin curls. Many people who want the vintage/Mariyln Monroe look does this. It does not require Dyson wrap. The difference between your way the the traditional pin curl way is how your pin curls are looser and in bigger sections. Since you sleep with pin curls, I suggest wrapping your hair with silk scarf to prevent frizz. Lovely look, by the way.

But it’s not good if you want to wash your hair and go out that night or day , as you can sleep in lots of roller type hair accessories, but not everyone wants to go to bed every time you wash and dry your hair having to pin it up ! I doubt my husband would think this is a good look , and I certainly don’t think it’s what you should have to do ? As I said , what about us people who shower and wash our hair and then go out either to work or socially , We don’t want to have to sleep with pins to get a curl and you can do that without using g a Dyson ?

Oh totally agree it is a lot of faff for a device which costs a lot of money - you shouldn’t have to go to these lengths at all with the price you are paying. However, for me If I do want to use the curl attachments this is the only way I can get it to work on my hair and last so I have really only made this video who people who are in the same position who have bought it, can’t return it and are struggling to make it work for them. If I had known my hair was not compatible with it I wouldn’t have bought it - it was an expensive mistake! 🙈 Xx

Please be careful with the bench lunges with your foot up, I find it difficult to keep the back foot up, so this can start pulling on the patella tendon and cause knee pain! Try stepping up on a box instead, be brave and awesome 👏

I enjoyed this little vlog! I had never really considered the balance of gut bacteria to the extent you displayed! I have been taking general probiotics for a while and especially since I was on antibiotics for my acne earlier this year, do you have a preferred brand of probiotics or a favourite probiotic rich meal?
@EbonyJane
@EbonyJane Жыл бұрын
Hey! Sorry I didn’t see your comment! Thank you so much for commenting ❤️ yes it is SO fascinating! 😍 invivo healthcare are my favourite for probiotics but a more accessible brand I like is optibac With gut bacteria the prebiotics are actually more important than the pro because the pre feed the bacteria and help increase the abundance so honestly a good varied whole food diet is very key (lots of colourful veg) I have a video on my main channel on this I will link it to you 😘 xx

Great video- I can’t help but notice that you could do this exact technique with a hot air brush and a 1 inch curling iron. You can get a great hot air brush from concur for $35 and a 1 inch curling iron for $50! Just wanted to throw it out their for my ladies on a budget.

I have the new 2022 long barrel that you don’t switch barrels out for direction and the .8 barrel. My hair looks healthier, shinier, and the frizzies never come back for days. Much better than any curling iron. Also much easier to curl the hair in back. Expensive, yes, but to me worth it. There’s nothing like it for my fine frizzy hair. Love the smoothing effect.
