I called them this morning and the Customer Service claimed that because my printer had been bought more than one year ago (3 in fact), the factory reset needed the visit of an engineer... for a cost of £200-£600!!!!!!!!!

I tried filming this back in the summer of 2020 (the video I did get has since been deleted). As the mall had been closed for 3 1/2 years and no one was using it, the elevator was turned off and had been left sitting on the third floor. As you stated in the description, there's no way this thing could have been spared. Also, while the garage (or at least the portion of it that has been turned into the new bus station) was recently reopened to the public, I have not yet been inside it. I will definitely be filming a video once I see the new elevator, though.
