I used 0 AWG so I think it's closer to 50mm2

The Jardine exhaust sounded better than the hawk exhaust on the video that I saw and both sounded better than the stock exhaust the Jardine was more sophisticated and the hawk was more raw

Yep, IIRC that grommet had like 2 protrusions so I used the upper unused one.

Hard to say. First thing I'd check is your combi-valve, its probably clogged up and malfunctioning. The engine should start up and run fine even with the SAIP not functioning.

I don't remember, I think they were some universal mirrors I got off amazon, nothing special.

It's just a K&N intake, but it still has a PCV inlet on there you'd have to cap off, or use a pass through style catch can.

When deleting the EGR did you just make a plate to bolt in its place and block off holes?

Hello there is a relay in a box behind the air intake its for the sai pump should i remove it too?

Yeah, you can remove the relay, and then you can rearrange the remaining vacuum lines to remove that branch so it stays a sealed system without needing to cut or cap off anything.

Other than making the engine take longer to warm up in cold weather with SAI delete. What performance gains does it do? Or is it mostly to clean things up or for aftermarket intake?

It didn't have any affect on the engine warming. The SAIP with the Kombi valve helps the cats warm a little faster when the engine is cold. No direct performance gains, but some reduced weight, a few less parts that are known to fail, and easier maintenance doing anything in the engine bay.

Matt Litke from Clusters by Litke on facebook sells them. They aren't cheap and they have a huge lead time on orders, but its one of the best upgrades in the car.

Did your exhaust system have two pre-resonators or one? And did you cut one of the pre-resonators or both?

It had just one pre-res, I think on the drivers side header. I removed that and replaced the main resonator with a magnaflow.

Its been years and I sold the car since then so I don't remember the thread size. You do have to lift up every time you want to move main positions, but not for shifting if in manual mode.
