Reason being, I am having a hard time finding a replacement climate control unit with dual functions and if so, they are over $500. My dual zone unit took a crap. I can find a single unit everywhere and a lot cheaper. Don't necessarily need a dual zone.

Just drop in a single zone control head. It should work, as I said it's only one wire, actuator and door to make it a dual zone system, so dropping in a single zone control head should work fine.

Unfortunately from what I found, it wouldn’t make it impossible but far harder because IIRC, you would have to repin some wires on the connectors and I think maybe add some? How can I fix this car problem? It's a 2005 CHRYSLER 300 3.5L V6 2WD AUTOMATIC 150,127 MILES The car listed above is limited and according to the client had a horn issue so was taken to a garage. Although the horn later worked, a more complex issue happened to the car. A no crank no start and also a crank no start, whenever security light came up it doesn't start or start and stalls immediately. Infact, ECM was replaced by the engineers but that didn't fix the issues. I finally fixed all these issues listed above with both new and an old ECM. When I was about to go, the client pleaded for me to help him fix these issues below, such as, ABS, airbag, traction control light; hard starting,single turn signal for both sides doesn't work but hazard light blinks normally when the switch is turned on, wipers doesn't work too. Mostly for the trafficator / turn signal that wasn't functioning, what could make it to be inoperative and, how can I fix the problem in that car? Can you guide me please, on the repair procedure to fix the problem? This were the codes I got below drive.google.com/file/d/1nZQtpE8DuGGQoeA4Lc9Iob-BBbRfzs0H/view?usp=drivesdk Does it require a TIPM or trafficator switch replacement? Please, how can I carry out a test to verify if it's TIPM or a trafficator switch that is faulty? www.startmycar.com/chrysler/300/info/fusebox/2005#anchorfusebox1. That's the fuse box diagram I saw online In addition, when testing the fuses at the trunk I noticed that not all the fuses were available, some were empty. Thus, I decided to swap fuse 4 that was available to 5 that was empty. As I did, I noticed an immediate electric spark just by the fuse touching the empty terminal meant for fuse 5. drive.google.com/file/d/1qqOKGWB08fWkArDwwx9hQ8QLU0zU5Ang/view?usp=drivesdk. That's the link to what I'm trying to explain. I tried that again with a known good fuse into that location and noticed another spark/ spike. why is it sparking whenever I attempt to put a fuse in that location? I compare that fuse location where there was spark to another good working 2005 Chrysler 300 and saw that there was a fuse in that location. Could that also be responsible for the cars turn signal and wipers problem? How do I address this sparking problem in that fuse location? When I finally succeeded to start the car, as a result of checking the turn signal switch and wiper at under the dashboard using my testlight connected to batt + (pin 16) of obd2 connector and activating the hazard light, when I touched a particular blue/white twisted wire the hazard light seemed it wanted to stop it seem like something is wrong there, when I touched the blue/white wire again the car problems reoccurred all over again. Security light remains ON, lightning bolt light, etc came back on and car didn't idle if it even struggle to start and sometimes doesn't start at all. Fortunately, I was able to start the car again. But the no turn signal, no wipers still remained, how should I fix this ones?

Did you use UV resin or TP filament? What's a good option for a pressure accumulator tank at a beginner hobbyist level? I remember seeing one person used 20 oz coke bottles unmodified, but i don't understand how he pre-pressurized them or, barring that, how he kept them at that pressure once the system was filled and the air evacuated (especially since he kept the bottles horizontal).
@DIYDynamix Жыл бұрын
I used resin, I wouldn't trust filinament printing for this as it's inherently weak at each layer, and doesn't make a 100% solid piece like resin does. As for an accumulator tank you can use something like this if you just want to stop surging, and you're running a timed system that's only keeping the pump running for a few seconds at a time, or for shorter bursts like a minute or so. amzn.to/46AHKUj If you want to store some water and not have the pump run so often and/or if you have a very large system you can use something like this which will probably go through quite a few cycles before the pump kicks on to fill it again. amzn.to/43op0ox Don't use coke bottles, that's just dangerous.
@claws61821 Жыл бұрын
@@DIYDynamix You say that it's dangerous, but those coke bottles are actually rated by industry regulation for at least 30 psi higher than the two tanks you just linked. That being said, I probably wouldn't use *either* option without a reinforced casing around it for if and when the tank or bottle fails catastrophically.
@anthonyirwin6698 Жыл бұрын
@@claws61821 the bottles may be rated higher, but when someone starts poking holes in them it compromises the pressure holding ability and whatever fittings they added may not hold the pressure, especially through multiple expansion and contraction cycles. The pressure tanks you have nothing to worry about. I haven’t heard of any failing yet. They’re used everyday in residential applications, they’ve been tested under lots of conditions.
@atomizer2665 Жыл бұрын
@@DIYDynamix I`ve used 2L and 3L PET soda bottles for compressed air, < 40psi, they work great for that. They wouldn`t be as good as a regular accumulator because the air will dissolve into the water. Its not really worth the hassle, if you precharged a 2L bottle to 80psi with compressed air and pumped water in until the pressure was 100psi, the bottle would contain a pitiful 348ml of water. A 4 gallon reverse osmosis accumulator is a better option, even though they are only good for 100psi max working pressure. It would hold 2.64L given the same pressure range. To make the nozzle attachment easier/cheaper you could print them with a 1/4" od (1/8" id) stem which would fit standard 1/4" ro tee`s etc. The 1/8" bore will act as a drill guide, assuming the shank is long enough :)
