Weird Unexplained Lights In Sky 2013 Aug 17 922pm That Apparently Only I Saw.

So this is a bit off topic, but I had to get some input on this video.
Back in Aug 2013 I was outside the movie theater in the parking lot waiting for someone when these lights became visible in the sky. They behave so weirdly that I can't think of anything that could be making them. They were also very high in the sky, nowhere near the ground.
Has anyone else seen this?? Was anyone else there that night that saw these lights with me????
