I really need to find a window frame like you have - it is so unique the way you use it year around - thanks for telling us that you got it at Hobby Lobby . Love Fig Tree fabrics. I made a quilt out of pumpkins and blossoms fabric - I love the muted colors. I agree I love the corner gage that FQS has. Beautiful new fabric line - can not wait to see what you make out of it. I agree Moda has the best fabric!! Going go piece together a quilt for my brother's new grandson that is due in November.

Hi Caroline! I love all of your projects,I have been camping and away from my computer and I cannot watch any flosstubes on my phone! Every single thing you shared today was just adorable!! I am starting Halloween Rules as well!! Yours turned out so adorable, loved the Prairie Schooler too, and your Stoney Creek will be stunning!! I am working on a HAED called War Pony as he looks somewhat like one of my horses, full coverage and HUGE!!! 36 pages 😂I did a Halloween project that had glow in the dark thread, but under glass it looks much better. Loved this episode!! 💜

Great episode. I love the pillows. I have made a patriotic quilt using your foundation papers and have fabric remaining so a pillow is definitely needed. I also have a Fig Tree Halloween Honey bun roll so a Halloween pillow is in order also. I am very interested in your pillow finishing method. Do you have or know of a tutorial for the zippered back. Do you quilt the pillow back also? I like the fact that you bind the pillows. It gives them a very professional look. Any tips you can share would be appreciated. I also do some machine embroidery but It has been awhile. I am going to check out the designs you mentioned., I could comment on more of your content but I feel this is turning into a novel vs. a comment. Lol

Thank You so much...Pillows are one of my absolute favorite "Quilty Small" I make...mostly because I can make one in less time...and if I make them all the same size I only need ONE pillow form and just have multiple pillow covers! I call it a win win! LOL! There are a ton of youtube videos on making zipper backs for pillows...so be sure to search that and you will definitely find the one that YOU like! I love to bind my pillows because it gives me the perfect opportunity to practice my binding each and every time I do it! I am always learning...LOL! As usual all your quilted and machine embroidery projects r beautiful! I like that u made that towel into a stand up piece. I have that LK Halloween rules kitted up since I don’t know when. I’ll have to start it. The Halloween village, r u stitching the whole afghan or just the house? That looks so good on the gray fabric! Great tip on using 3 strands of white. R u using 2 strands on the village? Thx for the video!

I am stitching the whole pattern of the Halloween Village...just on the fabric instead of the afghan...I plan to frame it...that's if I ever get it done! LOL! I am using just two strands over one thread on the Halloween Village as the cloth is 18 count...I like the coverage I get. Sometimes thread seems "thin" to me! Start that LK Halloween Rules...you will love it bunches! Happy Stitching!

O I just love LOVE LOVE everything you do! As I’ve told you before, I had never thought of doing my embroidery designs mounted like cross stitch projects.. I can’t cross stitch fast enough. So that’s a good alternative. You’ve also inspired me as a “wanna be” quilter to do some small projects. Your work is beautiful!

Decor Bond is a one sided fusible interfacing that is stiffer than SF101 stabilizer. I like to use it when I need a bit more body on things...like when I make something with my selvages. Happy Stitching!

Hi Kathleen! Love all your Christmas in July finishes, especially the Santa Knows and Celebrate! I have all of those charts, the Lizzie Kate's and the Hands on Design, I need to get busy! Sadly I lost one of my sisters on July 19th, three weeks ago today. It has been such a shock, especially when unexpected. YES...you need that glue...or something similar with a finer tip to help you control to amount of glue dispensed at one time. Love the sticky circles from FQS. Thanks for the tip on the different glue as I always get it all over too. The Santa you did by itself is so cute. I love your Santa on the black aida. I am going to try doing on of my Prairie Schooler Santa's on the large like burlap fabric and then make a pillow out of it. What a cute vintage sewing machine❤

The PS Santa that I am stitching on 20 count Black Aida will be put on a Vintage Spool I found at an Antique Store...but be sure to look on Ebay and Etsy...I have seen them there too! Just measure yours in your preferred cloth count and go from there! Good Luck. Happy Stitching!

I love your ornaments. I think I have all of those patterns so I need to get stitching so I can make some more ornaments. I love the change in the words, I will have to remember that. I agree I love watching Java Girl she has some great finishes. Love your round finishes - I will have to look for them and I have those patterns too. Not stitching the white and letting the fabric show really looks nice. I would make a frame possibly and then put it on an easel but it would also make a nice fold. Your project bags are beautiful as always❤
