insomma....avrai notato uno scivolamento importante al primo tornante (le gomme non hanno collaborato), potevo essere un secondo e mezzo o due più basso....c'erano anche circa 40 gradi, giornata pesante!

Strabiliante... fluidità e precisione...ottimo tempo ..io avevo una 899 e giravo in 8,30 un mese fa ero al nordschleife e ero di pochissimo sotto gli 8 ma con R1 2021..gomme stradalissime...ho avuto una rsv 1000 del 2001 stupenda e molto comoda rispetto a ducati... complimenti ancora ..gran guida e traiettorie perfette..👍

Grazie mille! Anche io ho girato 4 anni fa con la mia rsv mille r del 2001, il tempo migliore fu 8'12", ma avevo molta più confidenza con quella moto e trovai condizioni super, solo che c'era molto traffico.. Con la 1098 speravo almeno in un 7'45", ma l'ho usata troppo poco e mai in pista, per cui poca confidenza.. peccato. Complimenti comunque per come giri anche tu! Peccato non essersi incrociati!

@@RobyHP io vado solo in strada e ogni anno vado in vacanza al nurburgring...e però sono un po' anziano ho passato da un po' i 50....qnd nn sono così sciolto...vado giusto x divertirmi ancora...l'anno prossimo festeggerò i 40 anni di moto e circa 480.000 km

Just right tires and right setup after a bit of km pushing every time a bit more. In fact the lap could be much more faster, but I'm only a "sunday rider"!

il problema principale è l'elettronica di serie, molto datata e poco gestibile. Il primo step che feci con scarico, aspirazione e mappa portò da 125 a 139cv (rullati), ma molto poco lineari proprio a causa dell'elettronica

What a king to take this bike to the 'Ring. I owned a '99 grey/black/silver Mille as the first owner, sold it after 20 years to move to a more sedate bike. Thing was bullet-proof, never failed me. Still sometimes miss this bike, it was a wonderful machine.

Have got the same 99 model ,have had it since 2000,absolutely bullet proof,just ticked over 90000km and still going strong ,most reliable bike I have ever had and I have had many.Will never sell it,it will go down the hole with me. Can still manage 500km days on it but the old 70yr old body creaks a bit when I get home due to dodgy knees and hips,😂 well worth the pain though.😊

Well...as you can see, it was not "raining", there were only a few drops. This, with hot tires, and a good feeling with the asphalt, permitted me to keep pushing. :)
