I expected to see no graphical differences, but I guess consoles having a cpu bottleneck is the reason for the lower draw distance. Don't know why the slightly lower res rock texture on min 1:00 though. I'm more curious about a comparative in performance, because I've read about a lot of people having problems with fps drops on pc (me included).

I recorded in 4K quality with all settings on maximum. I used an RTX 2080 Ti graphics card and an i7 9700K processor.

playing on PS5 pro too and it does not look better, the game is not enhanced at all, draw distance is still super bad and fps are unstable. The whole Level of Detail is reduced to min. PC Settings, everything that goes beyond your field of vision of 20 meters has no details and looks like a mobile game. Trees disappear, there is no grass, objects lose almost all details after 10 meters, for me it is clear that they did not put any effort into the PS5 version.

the original cutscenes fit the era the game takes place in. i hate how sanitized the new cutscenes are. they are too modern. i want the game to feel like it’s set in 2009 besides having old tech in it. they should’ve used the anime aesthetic of the time as a stylistic choice when remaking the game.

En Fondo de Tetis los fps en ps5 se caen a 27 y 30. Por la gran cantidad de partículas. Ya reporte el problema pero es necesario que más gente también lo haga.

Ps5 only has 4k resolution that mean 4times GPU load from 1080 I think wuwa need to adjust distance render to make it more stable I believe there is similar trick to final fantasy game so the distance object become low res when entering battle and normal again when walking around

Hair quality in the first clips are inaccurate. That blue girl's hair just glows when her gauge is full .

The character's shadow appears to be sharper on the Playstation 5, but the vegetation's render distance is much lower. The game also runs at a very high resolution, but the game has several FPS drops that are quite annoying, I think they can fix this in an update. Overall the game looks very beautiful on the Playstation 5, just like the PC ultra, they just need to fix the FPS drops.

Mine doesn't overheat at all but it does drop frames a lot specially in combat and in cities/towns
