Thank you! I was off my yoga routine for almost 2 months. This class wrung me out took my breath away more than once. Now I feel fantastic and the soreness from Sunday’s class is gone. This will be my go to for awhile as I work to regain my fitness. I have fibromyalgia and without Bikram I am a sorry, broken body. With it I feel fantastic and manage life at a much better level. I’m using my hot yoga dome and again, this was a fantastic session. Thank you, you’re a fantastic teacher for so many reasons and I’m grateful for the generosity you folks demonstrate through your offerings. Many, many blessings to you and your studio! 🙏 🪷 Namaste 🪷🙏

I have been doing your Original HY class almost every second day, (the one recorded 21th September 2020) here in Thailand ever since I got conveniently stuck here due to the "Cocnut19 Virus" This new class will be an awesome addition and I think I will be alternating between the two. Clear instructions, good timing, calm words, no personal unnecessary talk.... Just Very Good!!! Kudos

I think this could even help with musco-skeletal issues, including slipped discs - ashtanga yoga + heat. Not to mention the sweating aspect - helps with controlling sugar and control fatty liver disease etc.

I think an important call-to-action for YOGIS is to add some resistance / strength training to their practice. Yoga is great for flexibility, range of motion, functional strength, and mental resilience. It is important for elderly to move some [gradually and safely] heavier loads.

I practice regularly in my studio and at home with KZbin videos- and this is one of the best on line versions. Very clear with good insights and technical teaching. My only comment would be to eliminate any comments to your on-camera practitioners. If one listens to the same video multiple times, those comments are distracting and superfluous. (You only do it a few times in this video, so not a big deal). Thank you for sharing your teaching with the world!

DEXA is the Gold Standard mechanism for understanding body composition, including importantly, for women and aging seniors, mineral bone density.
