As an idol,they want to maintain a slimmer figure, so it is a given that they must control what they eat. When i'm dieting, lunch is the most important one for me, so ill try to skip breakfast on weekend or reduce the calories intake for breakfast during weekdays since i'm working. So, i can eat food with much more calories during lunch. I think chaeryeong is like that. She skipped breakfast, so that she can eat meat and ice cream on next meal instead of ryujin who eat salad for both lunch and dinner. It is just a matter of preference. Unless she starved herself then that's concerning.

The only reason why I exercise is for food. No other reason. I just wanna eat food without feeling guilt. And you can too. Tbh, it’s really fine to eat anything you want as long you have your veggies, your proteins, enough water, iron, carbs and have your exercise. There really isn’t much to it.
