I became the executor while fight a legal action on my home, fatigue from autoimmune thyroid issues, plus had to face a trauma from age 8 again when the the class action with boyscouts was sent to me. Had to face that and more. Luckily, I studied personal growth, wellness, and spiritual practices. I'm using Joe dispenza's work to shift beliefs, plus. I tried to find work after most of the estate was done last April but no response. I'm looking at taking my many experiences and creating projects, services, coaching plus online too. I am having emotional blocks to trust employers again after 16 layoffs. Plus I'm seeing low wages that do not help me pay for school loans after they asked me to get a 4 year degree. Facing 200,000 debt from a lie or debt trap. Yes, I know that finding a job for know would help with basics. I do desire a higher paying job because of the large array of backgrounds I have which is product development, project coordinator, and much more. I am being blocked by ATS. I am done looking for work online. I have network and meet employers in person some how because the last job fair had 100s of people show up. I was shocked. I just left after meeting someone else that gave up on full time jobs and created a online product which she is making money now. Ok, I pray that with your insights I can find something better to give me flexibility to increase my money so I can get out of debt, create retirement money, and create something that can bless others.

If we have a gap of 18 years, would it be better to use the hybrid resume you're showing? I've been productive during the gap but looking to go back to work in the field I was in prior to the gap so I want to highlight those skills and experiences.

If you list the dates, that gives it away and get interviews as a formality. Conscious biased.
