I have my Job Alerts setup by key words like "Managing Director", but I didn't know you could add so many filters. Thank you! Are you saying you update your resume for EACH job? If so, mind blown. Because I "typically" just use "one resume to rule them all". What do you recommend.

In 2024, you might need to apply to all 244,00 jobs to get a handful of interviews, and hopefully an offer, you can do 27 in a day and they are all ghost positions or you don't hear back, hopefully in 2025 that will work again.

Heather how to deal with boss/recruiter gaslighting us when its our 1st interview as fresher ? To be very specific when i gave my 1st interview i remember asking him about what would be my job designation like ? To that he replied in some anger that you don't have that kind of experience so you've to handle the office work as well as site work so i remained silent but declined that offer by not approaching them again.. so how to counter such a situation if it happens in future ?? How to politely set boundaries or ask about detailed information of job profile, holidays, work hours etc
