Not only is the ghost not the best bat but it's not even a good one. Unless you are rich and you can afford to buy two of them a year so that you can have four of them in order to get through spring and fall seasons. They break way too easy. Some people do have good luck with durability but they are the exception not the rule.

They all use alloy bats now, but I see the girls using composite are swinging with less velocity then my kids but they are all crushing the balls, should I definitely switch to composite? Thank you

Monsta hype is where it’s at more pop and more durable and at the fraction of the price. These bats are hot don’t get me wrong they just aren’t durable and worth money you spend for these things.

Who knows the compression numbers of the 2021 bat compared to the 2022 bat?

I’m a totally dissatisfied customer. The ghost bat performs except with durability issues these bats spend half the time cracked and in the replacement queue for 6 weeks. You’d better buy two at $450 per because they break. I’d rather see a slight decrease in performance with a price reduction vs the current model. Done with the Easton product for now.

These bats are basically rentals. They crack after light use then you get a new one under warranty ( that takes a month) then the new one cracks. After that you’re out of luck. Stay away unless you like to light your money on fire.

Easton Ghost honestly has turned out to be trash, my daughter c/o 2024 has been through now 3 and they all have failed her pretty quickly anywhere from 3 weeks to 4 months after replacing. We recently have moved on the the Marucci Echo and have been very impressed with this bat. Excellent performance (equal too if not better than the ghost) but has already proven to be much more durable!!

We purchased the 2022 Ghost in February and had it for only 3 weeks and it cracked. Sending it back for a replacement but I am so discouraged!! 😡 My daughter has had the old Eastons and loved them. Now she is without a bat! And they tell me that you only get one replacement and I have my receipt!
