I asked around during that time and there were no objections, DJI also has no restrictions in the app and no airports nearby so it should be fine, tho private resorts may have different rules if you fly it starting from their property so better to ask permission if you start your drone from within the resort property

Nope, I asked this question to Filmora customer service and it is not supported to edit direct 360 video, but you can still edit it like a flat video then reinject the metadata inorder to view it as 360 video again. Yes you can, but it in the filmora editor it is a flat video

as long as your drone is not greater than 7Kg, you can check the CAAP regulation for guidance, The DJI app didnt restrict me from flying, unlike when I am in Baguio where it wont even allow the drone to start due to an airport nearby or regulation retrictions

You are right there is a nearby airport in Vigan, CAAP should ask DJI to implement restriction built in to the App preventing anybody not to fly. Similar to the restriction implemented in Baguio
