Happy Wednesday Georgie Carr my friend also are you ready for Halloween season this year? Because me personally I like Halloween but nowadays I don't dress up I'm not sure if we're passing out candy or not but it will be fun to decorating the house.

40d of my waterfast and i have 3 more days. Fri will be 2wks of my refeed period. I am 2kg away from being in a upper healthy weight. 8kg from my ideal weight.

Omg I cannot say how much I relate to this video I thought I was so weird for having it and it was just me so thank you for sharing this especially because most people are so judgemental about this.Also I think it is a genetics thing as several people in my family have this so that is most likely where I got koumpounophobia from.

It has been a very long journey. I would say I recovered from SM by the age of 13 when I went to secondary school, because that helped me a lot to have more freedom to make my own choices in life and not feel pressure. But I have always struggled with slight anxiety since. Xx
