M cars don’t have fog lights but me personally I do like the look of fog lights! I have an M3 bumper on my e46 but put fog lights on!

I have an e39 530i as my daily. Recently replaced the thermostat. Then I had to do the job again due to a leak in lower radiator hose. These cars require A LOT of maintenance, but I would recommend to find the issue and fix it if you want to keep it as your daily. They are a joy to drive but you have to put in the work.

Never use straight water, water pump bearing needs mix of coolant/water for lubrication. Your leak might be from a cracked expansion tank.

My e46 has 350k kms. Still going strong. No coolant issues. Just changed the original clutch. Awesome car.
