You know, there is another guy with a beard who can shed a lot of light, its Charles Darwin, and another before that. Basically, if you embrace a certain jungle law where entities deemed "not fit" are wiped out, you get evolution by natural selection. In regards to AI, that ends with humans going the way of the stegosaurus. How can they compete? If the embraced system is you can't compete you die, then you get evolution. It's embracing lack of a system, that which exists when there is no system and therefore existed for 2 billion years before in every savage jungle. However the story of civilization is about rejecting this, blessed are the meek, blessed are the poor in spirit. All the successful civilizations embraced structures like religions, which taught in the opposite way, stop the savage flow and create civilization. You can reference Marx critique, but before that it was Jesus. Whatever you choose, its about embracing a fundamental value to individuals that transcends their compete fitness.

you forgot the part where capitalism's deterritorialization is relative because it is also accompanied by a massive reterritorialization. conflating capitalism and schizophrenia is a misreading of deleuze.

I think I've decoded the bars @018:00 . The "compression threshold" years of the acceleration of "Phase-Out culture": 1500, 1756, 1884, 1948, 1980, 1996, 2004, 2008, 2010, 2011. Count forward in descending powers of 2, from 2^7 down to 2^0. In 1503, Pope Alexander IV died, He was Cesare Borgia's Father & Cesare Borgea is the model for the Catholic depiction of Jesus. This is the Starting point for the "Neocolonial world system" mentioned in the "MELTDOWN" excerpt shown @12:25 . If you start the sequence at 1503, you get: 1503, 1759, 1887, 1951, 1983, 1996, 2007, 2011, 2013, 2014. Then, If you keep going & mirror the"logistic curve" you get: 2014, 2015, 2017, 2021, 2029, 2045, 2077, 2141, 2269, 2525. 2525 stands out to be cause of that song: "In the Year 2525 (Exordium & Terminus)" the first verse of Exordium & Terminus [Beginning & End] is: "In the year 2525, if man is still alive If woman can survive, they may find In the year 3535 Ain't gonna need to tell the truth, tell no lie Everything you think, do and say Is in the pill you took today In the year 4545 You ain't gonna need your teeth, won't need your eyes You won't find a thing to chew Nobody's gonna look at you In the year 5555 Your arms hangin' limp at your sides Your legs got nothin' to do Some machine's doin' that for you In the year 6565 You won't need no husband, won't need no wife You'll pick your son, pick your daughter too From the bottom of a long glass tube"

You accidentally (?) "snuck in" (the "hidden" assumption) that consciousness implies "thinking and feeling LIKE US". (This comment does not at all reveal my stance on any of the subjects touched upon here). Very awesome video BTW! Thank you for making and sharing it!

Can I ask what you studied in college or do full-time to get into this? For example do you work as an academic philosopher or PHD student in the daytime? Just wanted to know what are some ways I can learn and engage with this kind of material formally cause I'm really interested. Also, do you think that excerpt from Mark Fisher "Ghosts of My Life" 2014 is still accurate today? Even now in 2024, are we still unable to "form new memories", still stuck in the nostalgia of the past, re-generating repetitive and parodic derivations? Or do you think there are glimpses/examples of where we've pushed past that "nostalgia loop" in the culture? By the way, love your content. Please upload more! =)

I'm not suggesting Bergman was a party, but I think we can see why letters were never answered and invitations to Faro never sent. "So I hear you like to masturbate! All the time!" "Let me tell you why Fanny is a horrible movie..."

Capitalism is an egregore, he started to grow into technoartificial god in 1500 with philosophy of capital market, stoping it from mind feeding makes it go into vampiric starvation, or bringing other outer god to combat it, either way it does not exist outside capital oriented mind.

Seems like capitalization of consciousness which would mean the buying and selling of souls to be of some use to technology. Would they be commodified and set in the seat of machines or would they fuel them? Would they be fed to the machines? I know I'm not selling my real estate if that's the case. I'll be the lord of my domain. Funny a guy name land is into territorializing. Who is running this simulation? I tip my cap.
