hey about the first combo when im trying to do it the enemy just have a huge knockback and after the second 6H it just wall breaks and i cant 6S do you know what im doing wrong?

I just started yesterday and his aesthetic is really cool so I snagged him unfort my friend who also started today is really good at fighting games unlike me so im gonna try my best this month to get these down consistently so I stand a chance agaisnt him, plus this character is just so cool

3:33 spamming fukyo after clone seems high risk low reward, as the enemy can still spam 5p for exemple and break the command grab, leaving you with a lot of blood and often pop When I try to do this in game, like multiple fukyos, I always get punished for that, I asked someone who I think is a pretty good player, and he told me I shouldn't do more than 1 fukyo after clone because it's useless (the enemy will have time to recover from the clone and punish you)

@@Lopuzal yeh your not supposed to use this full screen and then command grab for that reason. I find that closing the gap from a further distance is fine when you go for a CS or another poke tool but if you are looking for command grab specifically, start this from 1-2 fukyo away. It’s all about spacing urself that correct distance for what you want to follow this string up with. Hope this helps

Any advice on getting the j2K to connect into j5s. It feels like the dummy always has tick to block

@@tsukune2910 yo. Yeh you need to link the two moves with the shots. I will end up making a new guide at some point that explains this better but the input is a little tricky. So you wanna jump>2k Straight after you want to hold down 5H to prepare a shot Release 5H to shoot it Then 5s Then 2Throw etc etc I made a video showing how to link, so you can see it in slow mo. Can't thank you enough for this guid man! I picked up the game about 2 weeks ago. I'm a big fan of guilty gear, but never played a heavy character before. So instead of relying on my usual main (Bridget), I picked him instead. It was hard playing such a different style of character but thanks to training, online matches, and your guide, I've finally reached level 81 with him. I still need some work with him, but I'm enjoying it very much.

@@puppetmaskerr i got the answer a few days afther this comment you have to get the timing of the shot once you do 6K, you need to shoot the second time when you're able to use 6S

Excellent guide for new nago players like myself, just have a couple nitpicks: In the combo walkthrough sections you translate nago's rekka to several 6Ss, but no movement is required on the stick to do the rekka (on dustloop it is notated as f.SSS, but f. in this case refers to the distance [far] as opposed to c. for [close], not the forward direction on the stick (which would be 6, like Nago's lunging stomp on 6K or the overhead swing on 6H) I suggest also adding the input tracker during the narrated hit-by-hit, as it would be the most useful placement for it in the entire video

No no, after comboing for a while your opponent will fall quicker, making it impossible to 236s quick enough
