Got my first detector yesterday, a Simplex plus. Today I dug some junk but everything worked . I had a blast :).

If you would take a broom stick and sharpen it as best you can you will stop scratching and tearing up your coins so bad. Use the sharp broom stick it works well.

Just came across this and this has to be the most amazing dig I have ever seen. The silver spill there is incredible. People go there whole lives and never come close to this. The point where you are pulling silver with another right underneath it is just sick

Man you half one hell of a time focusing your camera. I would imagine that would get pretty frustrating after the 5000th time! Think I'd be investing in a better phone.

Hello gentlemen. I listened to this story on Relics Radio. Awesome find and awesome teamwork. We should all be so blessed with great friendships like this. I wanted to mention in the town where I grew up there was an old house / machine shop combination where a man & his sons lived a Sanford & Son type of existence. When the last of the family passed away a cousin of mine was among those hired to demolish the home. It was pretty much uninhabitable. My cousin told me in the walls they found many mason jars filled with Silver Dollars, 1/2’s etc. it was all silver. This was a home with a Model T pickup parked in front that he would not part with, even though it didn’t run. I and everyone else who passed by asked to buy it. So perhaps the original occupant of the burned down building had a similar story. One quick question? How many pointer batteries did you go through? With all the digging by both, had you not thought to use a tripod for the camera and a remote release? Could have saved missed opportunity of filming. I love that you start your videos with a Bible verse and Thank Jesus for your finds. I don’t have a KZbin channel but I always Thank God for all my blessings.
