I think Southern produced excellent programmes for the ITV network.....Houseparty was broadcast during the afternoon & knew it's audience for that time of day as did Worzel Gummidge on Saturday afternoons!

I mainly remember this on Thursdays, just before 7. Watching this and then switching over to the Beeb for TOTP, the unofficial start to the weekend, as Fridays at school was just a case of counting down the ideas.
I love how they unpacked the crate of food they were supposed to be gifting to someone else :)
