In my State they just passed a new law, Pay and benefits have to now be disclosed before you're hired on if you ask..So I suspect interviewers will now be getting alot of What's my pay gonna be? What's my vacation and benefits gonna be?

She was better than the other candidate but still comes across in her answers as a bit too rehearsed, an interview is supposed to be like a natural flowing conversation, well at least these are becoming more common. The interviewer doesnt want to see hundreds of candidates all reciting rehearsed answers, mainly because its not easy to showcase yourself properly. Anyway, i like these videos very helpful.

I've been to some horrible job interviews. A charter school principal (only 24 years old, btw!) chewed gum with her mouth open the whole time. Then an interviewer told me I didn't have the expert skills they wanted for an entry-level position that paid $3 above minimum wage.

HR started out as a fake job guys made up to get affirmative action groups off their backs for not hiring chicks to corporate exec positions in the 1970’s. Since then it has ruined the corporate culture of fraternity with companies by first bringing in political correctness, and now this wokeism.
