She was better than the other candidate but still comes across in her answers as a bit too rehearsed, an interview is supposed to be like a natural flowing conversation, well at least these are becoming more common. The interviewer doesnt want to see hundreds of candidates all reciting rehearsed answers, mainly because its not easy to showcase yourself properly. Anyway, i like these videos very helpful.
