That will be determined by the size of your unit, apartment sizes range from Studio, one bed and two bed convertible units(can be turned into a studio and a one-bedroom)

Its selling off-Plan please, phase one of the project is near completion, but has sold out, phase 2 is now selling... Also completed unit will be more expensive

I bought a property in North Tongu since March 2024 , and I paid everything, including registration fees. Till date, the surveyor keeps telling me the registration is pending at the lands commission in Ho. Why's nothing efficient in Ghana, What's going on!!???

Best tip u can get as a first time builder, most of the contractors r very dishonest and because u can’t always be at the site to monitor them they always make double estimate, I’ve been a victim in the past they either resell the remaining materials or use it for their own project. Most people end up spending double to build their house
