Great video! not everyone talks about sony cameras in this way, they only talk about video!! so THANK YOU!! hey! i just realized I have one of these UHS II SD cards! I LITERALLY chuckled in relief when I saw you can shoot burst mode up to 10FPS with one of these cards even if it's just HEIF, I don't usually hold the trigger but rather take small 1 second bursts OR LESS but at least I like having 8+ fps on my A77II ... not having to buy a CFEx. that's literally €120 less I won't need to spend!!

Yeah, the compact size of Sony cameras is great, but sometimes I just want more grip and don’t care about the weight. Additional size and weight also helps balance things when you use bigger lenses😁

godot 4: get_node("TileMap").tile_set.tile_size this approach is very nice but still have some issue, like you are forced to use tiles in which will create a size enough space for a screen to work properly. So it does not really fit for open spaces. Unless maybe we can use a tile map like a tool which we can see in the composer screen but it will not draw on screen when the game runs and of course will not have collusions to it but will be calculated using this method, then if such thing is possible this is probably the best way to go about. If not you may create a work flow similar to it but instead of using tilemap for it you will use static body to mark the places you need as you will probably use such things anyways to envelop a cenario , level, room, if it is not blocked by a tile. Usually using the method for x coords will be the way, but not for the y coord, as I explained already if I have a flat open space using the method will not work properly as the limits of y will be too low to get the camera to point the scene in the right place. For the x it is ok because usually the tiles always goes for the limits from left to right. Another way to go about is that you just set a fixed altitude for the y, as this is the issue only for open spaces.... the bottom usually will be filled with something, not always though.

In Godot 4: To get "cell_size", instead of "TileMap.cell_size", you have to "TileMap.tile_set.tile_size" Works like a charm!

The upper right have a "button" that helps you release the ipad from the darkboard. At least from another review i found!

Unless they updated the smaller darkboard since I bought one, only the larger darkboard made for the 12.9 inch iPad has that release button which I think they refer to as a release wing.

Cool, thanks, I've tried DualSenseM to test the buttons of my newly bought DualSense (used with shipping for US$25- was that a good deal, it's 'Like New' condition), my first Mac or PC controller ever, I'm loving it so far but I have to test if all things are working well. DualSenseM app at least the free version doesn't have a test for the Right trigger button, left trigger button, gyros, haptics, rumble and adaptive triggers. Is there another app on macOS Sonoma that can test these? Can I use any USB-A to USB-C cable even the not branded ones and it'll be safe? Thank you. God bless.

Im on the fence on this because of the Drawing Texture, does it feel the same as the Ipads Paperlike cover? I use a glove as well, it glides off the screen with ease, but seeing that grippy surface makes me imagine its going to stick

I’m not sure if you’re talking about a screen protector or the Darkboard itself, but I can tell you that I also use a drawing glove and I have no problem with the glove sticking to the Darkboard or the screen protector that I use which has that rough texture to give a better drawing feel. I didn’t know that Paperlike makes a cover so can’t tell you if it’s similar. Hope you have a great day 😊

The brush is better than the pencil. You can erase with the secondary click, and you can quickly increase the brush size to draw larger areas, such as blocking out a basic design. Set the mode to Overwrite and choose the empty patch for the secondary color. You can set the eyedropper to capture colors from any layer. I think there's a downside to it, but I can't remember it right now, and it's not as bad as needing to switch layers to grab a color.
