That is not the definition of servant leadership, servant leadership is never telling your team what to do, but instead just performing the tasks that they need to accomplish their goal, ie. you are their servant, you do the things which they can't practically or easily do, like connecting people with key business stakeholders so they can get details or providing extra resources that the team requests, but you lead by just setting the BUSINESS plan, you never specify the technical details about how things should be executed you just say what the business needs Also there is a lot more to agile project management than what was said, specifically the work of monitoring the changing needs of stakeholders and measuring the VALUE that the product provides to the stakeholders at each step of the way, which requires you to build in mechanism of measurement into the product or service that you are creating, though what was described is generally the core part of it

I did the bright angel trail to phantom ranch there and back which is 20 miles or slightly above in 35-40 degrees Celsius. Completed it in 9 hours. Hardest hike I’ve done in my life by a country mile.

Just came on to say I watch this video from the start. I followed your study plan along with some additional study material. I found DM 200 Agile Questions, 150 PMBOK questions, study hall, and third3rock study notes. I passed it after studying a full 2 weeks. I scored AT/AT/BT. I’m excited I passed. However, I don’t recommend studying for 2 weeks. Although I passed, I had a lot of anxiety because I wasn’t confident I was fully prepared. I think at least 4 weeks or more if you need will suffice. I found this video to be resourceful.

My fiancé and I did bright angel all the way to the river and back at the end of this June. It was tough but SO worth it. We started at 8:30am and got back around 7:30pm, our main concern being getting back before the restaurants closed lol. It took me 30 minutes to do the last half mile I was literally crawling. I didn’t eat enough and threw up right when we got to the 3 mile house on the way up. That part was still not as bad as the portion right before you reach the river. All the warnings stating the canyon is hotter below 4000ft are not wrong lol. It’s all black canyon and HOT. That 50 degree water was worth everything though and I will definitely be doing the hike again. I am in fairly good shape and struggled so if you are attempting going all the way down and back in a day just be prepared for that uphill.

In real life at least corporations in CT - daily meetings- meeting mania - PMO thousand of standards none understands - nonsense involving stakeholders, not just with focus and responsibility but because they have a title- hierarchy and “is the way is always going to be” involved everyone - Risks? They want the PM to identify by him/herself with no support from Solution Architect, or IT operations, or Infrastructure teams At least this happens over and over during “so called IT projects”

Many corporations are using the project manager as a Secretary Assisting teams. In fact many big companies converted Secretaries and named them Project Managers. And the most valuable skills are: 1. Schedule meetings 2. Take notes- scribe 3. No voice, no leadership, just following orders

Hey, This is about my application via PMI site regarding the PMP certification exam. I did several projects in 4 companies as a continuous improvement engineer and my director is the continuous improvement project manager. So we must mention the four companies and the detailed project for each company via the application? If Yes, how because I found only one box to fill the experience. One question I have 29 months experience in the industrial field and not 36 months Will there be a problem? A solution please Cdt,
