Thanks for publishing this content! I'm currently struggling in my organization because everyone has their own methods for project management, documentation, and file storage. Some people don't even do that at all! I just took on 3 high-priority projects that had literally 0 documentation just this month. It's been a struggle working with senior management and the technical folks to put the pieces together

documentation is always first to get deprioritized & it’s tough to align teams when they’re on diff tools. one way to align teams is to try to learn as much about their workflows and pain points & see if communication / tool alignment is a potential cause & work towards a solution that way!
