Sabbath was created for man and not man created for the Sabbath. Was not God's intension to enslave us with laws and rules. This is why Christ disagreed so much with the leaders of the Jewish religion for their rules placed a burden on the people.

Now since you are going to apply Old Testament to the degree of Sabbath rules and not apply what the New Covenant tells us I then presume you do not follow holidays and keep God's holy days. I also presume you eat no pork or shelled fish as well.

Even though the food is made before if you are putting it together that takes cutting, mixing, grinding, blending then you are working if you want to get technical. New covenant does make allowances examples that come to mind is when the disciples are picking grain and eating it. Another time is when Christ is healing on the Sabbath and another one still is caring for ones animals. Though I do not cook I will use a micro wave to warm my food made prior. I do not work for money nor do I buy, sell or trade on the Sabbath. The day is mostly spent in rest, prayer and study.

This is something i was searching for . This was rhe 8th video i watched searching for "what day of the Week is the Sabbeth". Out of 8 videos, this is the first with facts. But I'm still searching.. SO.. IF IM GETTING THIS RIGHT.. then you're saying The Sabbeth Is Saturday BUT because of the day STARTING at Sundown, we begin Friday at Sundown..? ...OR are you saying Friday is the Sabbeth??! ❤️🔥ALSO, i been searching (a couple years) to find the day i Should ATTEND CHURCH, but by what you said, do we.. Not go to Church on the Sabbeth?! Ppl in comments are saying you can only go 3/4 mile. Some say you can visit the sick, others say "No".... SCRIPTURES With SUSANNA.. PLS HELP!! @@A.Loverof All Praises to The Most High for Him edifying you through the lesson💕 According to Genesis a day begins at evening. So the Sabbath is on Saturday because Yahawa considers Saturday to begin when the sun goes down on Friday. And no, we should not be attending church. The Most High is not in a church per Acts 17:24. On the Sabbath we cannot do what pleases us BUT if there is an emergency it’s an exception to tend to it pertaining to Matthew 12:11. So, when the person asked me in the comments could you visit the sick if it happens on the Sabbath day, I said yes, using that scripture. This video has been widely viewed so you will get a lot of differing opinions and doctrines. I go by what Thus Sayeth and prove all things with Scripture. Not how I feel or what I learned from a pastor. We should all be this way, read daily for yourself (THE WHOLE BIBLE as He is found in the volume of the Book) and let The Most High speak to you through His word to order your footsteps. For my own knowledge, where in the Bible does it say to give gifts on Purim?? I see that is says to feast and share portions with the poor. Where exactly does it say to exchange gifts? I am asking for a better understanding on how to celebrate Purim.

@@caylintaylor Shalawam sis! When it says “and of sending portions one to another” that means inheritance or allotted share. Over the years that has turned into giving gifts instead of money. And when it says “gifts to the poor” that over the years has turned into charity or alms giving.

This is our 4th or 5th. I haven’t really been keeping track. We light all 7 of our candles every night. Some nights I have family here with me and we have a meal and play games. Other nights it’s just me. No matter what, I light the candles, give thanks, and eat a meal.
