Pyrros had a bad technique in jerk. And he paid for it. He should have done jerk with split legs, but he did the swung. Wrong! That is why he lost in his last Olympics. Could have won it easily with the right technique. Our weaknesses eventually catch up with us when we get older...

Notice that this guy doesnt look like regular bobybuilder you see in the gym, whos going there for many years This is because BEING STRONG and looking strong is different. The guy in the video is actually strong and girls you see in the gym - are just going for looking strong.

Thanks for sharing this information. Anybody who is having issues with banging the bar forward may want to take a good look at their start position and try this complex as part of their warmup or sub it into their program whenever appropriate.
