I have never sat through any unboxing for 70 mins and enjoyed it! 🤩 That was epic, Amanda 🙂 Appreciate you sharing the item names and prices too. If I got that to UK, I’d have paid another £80 in VAT on that price 😂 Brilliant video, great enthusiasm and genuine excitement. That’s why it was so good to watch 👍🏻

I absolutely love this! I love how you plan in the bullet journal and then have the final layout/setup in the rings. I am in the process of trying to start a ministry. If you have any thoughts on how you would set up a planner for that I would love to hear them. Great video!! New subby here!!

I like your setup, wish I could get a walk through of your column headers, not your goals, because those may be too personal. I am also curious on how 2021 worked for you with the planners. I did not stick with mine really. I am glad I got the day frees, the other dated calendars, I will just reuse and re-date them, or use them for water coloring. I have been busy working on my MSc Thesis from RUC. I am hoping to get through all your videos on this playlist tonight, it is fall vacation now, and I have been spending days with my husband not doing much of anything at all.

Just taking the time to watch this video now, that I have watched all these unboxing and gotten my planners for next year. I hope your time with the baby is going well, and with your toddler. I just rewatched your other video, and I know the feeling of not being able to get anything decent here in Denmark without having to order online. I wonder if you bought anything this year.

Lovely video, I had a lot of fun watching it! : ) About the hobonichi articles: I find them appealing in a way, but I feel like there's too much plastic and nylon, especially with the packaging. It's like they live in a different world, where plastic waste isn't a problem at all. For example compare the hobonichi packaging and general use of materials with Roterfaden products.

Hii!! To close your hobonichi weeks you can use the plastic stripe that is perforated in the inner side of the front plastic cover! You can detach the embossed sides of it and then use adhesive reclosable fasteners (eg from scotch or other brands) that you can stick one part of the closure on the back plastic cover and the other on the free plastic stripe. I had seen this hack in a Seaweed kisses video called "Hobonichi weeks set up diy cover closure hack" so you can find it there! 😃😃

Hi! Thanks for posting these videos! I love how you have organized your goals into achievable steps. I look forward to you sharing more about your goal setting process. I've been planning in a weekly planner for the last couple of years, but that turned into simple to do lists. Your system makes much more sense to me and I hope to make a version of it work in the Hobinichi a6 with weekly supplement. Thanks for sharing these videos!
@amandaveros22102 жыл бұрын
I'm soooo glad you found them useful :D That''s my dream come true! I've taken note of the request of a video explaining my goal setting process. That's perfect for the upcoming season! I hope you'll make it work - and remember - you don't have to figure it all out at the beginning. The road to a succesful rutine is through trial and error. Small steps ("upgrades or changes to the system") every week is a good pace for me. I hope you'll have a lovely week :)

I LOVE THIS AMANDA! I love your detailed analysis of your life. I want and feel I need to do the same. Maybe you shared this in one of your old videos, but how did you begin your process? Did you start at the beginning of the year writing out what you wanted to do, and then started breaking down your thoughts and actions? I would love a step by step of your thought process!
@amandaveros22102 жыл бұрын
That is a good topic. I don't think I've explained it in full anywhere, but I explain quite a bit in the first 3 videos I made and published on my channel. When you say "your process" do you mean the entire planning system or just the weekly review? Thank you for watching and asking! It's a great subject to cover in a video! :) Have a lovely weekend.

I'm trying to make it work - parenting and working on videos, but it is going slow. We've been dealing with a lot of sickness. I'll maybe explain in a upcoming video. Thanks for the encouragement - it really makes me smile :D I hope you have a wonderful week.

It might be beneficial for you to use a cousin to really save on time since you'll have the weekly & monthly already drawn out for u, then instead of using the dailies as daily pages u could use the dates as page numbers for your index-so Jan 1 (1.1-personal goal page, 1.2-month update, etc.) And u could probably use the page in the front of each month as your monthly overview or whatever...

Wonderful accessories! I have most. I have the can of book darts in gold, silver, and rose gold. Love using them in my planners with the arrow pointing to current week on my monthly, but also in the books I read as page markers with the arrow pointing to the paragraph I left. I think I would love to buy a drawer pouch, not sure which size. I need more research in that department. Thanks for sharing! Blessings❣️

I used Bullet Journals, A5, B6, and A6 Stalogy, TNs, and Filofax and Gillio ringed planners before going to Hobonichi April Spring start with A5 Cousin, A6 Techo Original, and Weeks. I added A5 Avec as a teacher planner in July. I dove in with covers and accessories. I can so relate to your excitement. I love your goals and planning system. I look forward to seeing more videos soon. Blessings❣️

why not use a cousin and just washi over the date, then that would cut down loads of time as you have all the other spreads you need, you would only have to draw out monthly goals the rest is done for you?
@rmac24893 жыл бұрын
I really like your ideas!! I am great at setting my yearly goals but that is about it - I know about action steps but for some reason I just don't do that but I think it is high time I did. Take it easy on yourself and I hope you get back to full health very soon.

Good morning Amanda I just wanted to share with you that I just watched a KZbin video by Claudia Kai and it is the first time I have seen her videos and I thought of you. Her planning system involves a rolling weekly as well as daily pages and she uses minimal pens and very little colour. It is one of the simplest and yet most complete systems I have seen and just thought if nothing else you would enjoy the clean aesthetics of her work and there may be something you may want to try. I had already decided to do my brain dumps in my hobonichi mega weeks but I am also thinking of doing the rolling weekly in that book as well. Like I say I thought of you when I saw how simple and uncomplicated her system is. Love your videos and seeing how you are using your planners.

I love the tape you opened! It looks a little like quilt pieces. Very delicate! I ordered my first hobonichi this year! My first box came in last week. Now I can't remember which journals I ordered, whether they had English or not, and whether I got a cover for each. I considered buying one for my oldest daughter who lived in Japan when she was 16. Then I thought about getting one for each of her 3 daughters. I didn't plan it out well, but I had fun in the Hobonichi Store. I'm excited about the second box coming in this week.

Yes, I’m actually very happy with it now. Disapointed first but I love it now. I decorated the outside of my black bullet journal with it when I retired it and I love how it looks. I’m excited for you. The good thing about not planning it out too well is that you get to be surprised when you open 😍 that’s hopefully a lovely experience! 🤗

Really enjoyed your video and I will say "Hi" because I did watch it until the end. I too bought a lot of the hobonichi products this year. The first time I bought the Hobonichi cousin I also bought a cover and that was it for the first purchase. The second year I just bought the cousin. Last year I did not purchase anything and then this year I went crazy!!!!! I bought the cousine, mega weeks, and A6 undated. I also bought a new cover, pencil boards for each size, and clear covers for each. So not as much as you but still not a bad haul. The store where I buy from in Toronto has sold out of almost everything and they have yet to receive any inventory, however word is it in the country just not out of customs yet so I will be getting my things soon. I would love to see how you set up all your planners - it is really interesting to see what other people are doing. I really love the hobonichi products and I hope you will too.

Hi Amanda. How many pencil boards did you end up using? I use one per planner book - one for weeks, one for A5, one for A6.
@amandaveros22103 жыл бұрын
I actually use all of them most of the time (then I use a ball point pen). I only need 2 in the A6 so I put the third in the weekly supplement that I am currently using with the A5 day free.
