Some excellent points. I eat in excess through the week as I am trying to gain muscle by pushing weights, and then I eat a lower amount of calories on the weekend when I dont work out while walking 10,000 steps a day. Protein makes all the difference. I still track calories and protein on most days. I love it. Not complicated and not a burden. Thanks for the video. Finally something that makes sense.

Also add in Cardio on your low carb days or rest days so your body burns the fats for energy and Strength Training on your high carb days so your body burns carbohydrates for energy!!

When should you do high carb vs. low carb? I do HIIT 3x a week for 45min. Should I do high carb on my those days? On my 2 “off” days, I usually do some light cardio.

I was a gymn bunny before it was popular & doing Vslow! exercise while balancing is far harder. But with plantar fascia,gout& early on set arthritis in my poor blxxdy feet planking,rollers&ab sliders, maybe my best option.
