I agree with you, this is an awesome exercise. It is actually fun to do. I can do as much as I want and enjoy the benefits.

I was a gymn bunny before it was popular & doing Vslow! exercise while balancing is far harder. But with plantar fascia,gout& early on set arthritis in my poor blxxdy feet planking,rollers&ab sliders, maybe my best option.

its different from burpees not better , people hate burpees because they are hard and take mental strength
