Many would say that George Jones' "He Stopped Loving Her Today" is the greatest country song of all time. It's one of the greatest. IMHO, Merle Haggard's "Today I Started Loving You Again" will always be the greatest country music song of all time.

Love this song and this version of it. You can't find it anywhere it seems. There's also a great version of this on youtube by the Desert Rose Band at one of their earlier concerts .Thanks for posting this.

My dad loved merle as well. He was at the live recording in Muskogee ok. Was working at the power plant there. I still play all of the albums dad collected over the years. 😊
