Hello and thanks for watching. Besides changing my diet to whole foods to eliminate ALL processed foods, including dairy, I get the plant based pellets hormone replacment therapy (HRT) from this company called Biote. You can Google them to find a location near you. As for supplements, I take 10k IU of vitamin D3/K2, magnesium and a prenatal vitamin. All other nutrients and phytonutrients I get from my diet.

Hello, I have subscribed to your channel. I am 64 years old. I am dealing with hair loss and bald spots. I went to a dermatologist and trichologist. They both said my hair loss and bald spots are because of inflammation. However, my doctor said my hair loss is due to chronic stress. I have been through a lot of stress in my life that has been very hard on me and my hair.

Hello, and thank you for subscribing to the channel. I'm sorry for the diagnois but it's good to know what's causing your hair loss. Dealing with stress can be tricky especially if the sources are many. As for inflammation, it's could be your diet or something being exposed to your scalp and your immune system is responding. I hope you find value as a subscriber to the channel and I'm so glad to have you join.

I came across your video and I saw that you use Henna Sooq. I've been using Kadijah's products for about three years. My results have been amazing. I used her premixed hair mask because I somehow didn't master the powder mixtures. My favorite are the Zizyphus/ Moringa and the Hibiscus Restorative, that one gives me a nice red overtone in my hair. My hair isn't 4C, I'm 4A and 3C and so I keep the mask in up to 2 hours. Her products are safe and clean. When I started my hair was brittle and dry. I have high porosity hair with fine strands and medium density. Now my hair is three inches away from my waist. I'm 60+ so my age post menopausal that is tremendous. I should add I do eat healthy, no sugar at all and no processed foods. My diet is meat based mainly beef, lamb, seafood and eggs. I will continue to follow you to see your progress. You certainly have made a great choice using Henna Sooq. Aryverdic is definitely the way to go with hair and skin care. Wishing you the best in your hair endeavors. God bless 🙏🏽

Thank you so much for watching. I'll be 60 come next year and God knows I wish I'd paid more attention about the power of plants. I'm on the same page when it comes to diet, and the more I learn the more I've transformed my diet. I'm about 95% whole organic plants & fruit based. The other 5% is grass-fed beef being O+ blood type, we need it. I too removed 100% all processed foods and what a difference that made especially after menopause. Many blessing to you as well.

Hello, please help. I just turned 45 with shrinking fibroids & get my periods, only heavier. I woke up one of these days & realised i lost reasonable chunk of my edge hair on just one side! It's been 3months, i have been eating right, exersing & useing organic moringa, rosemary & cloves hair tea dear, it is no longer completely shinny bald, just baby tiny strands showing now. Please, i am confused, i don't know if it is perimenopausal signes or any other reason, help me, any advice with your experiences before menopause?

Hello and thank you for watching the video and I'm so sorry to hear about the hormonal issues. Although I'm not a Dr./Nutritionist/Holistic Specialist, I am aware of some of the issues surrounding hormonal imbalances by being my own advocate about my health. Fibroids tends to cause anemia (low iron) and that will definitely cause hair loss and other health issues. It's good to see you are addressing the issue with external solutions but hormonal imbalances is an internal problem. I made a video discussing that entitle Why Menopause Cause Hair Loss: kzbin.info/www/bejne/inTHi3Spqq6roacsi=P9LednPLcC3tyguS I would encourage you to make an appointment with a local Trichologist as they do blood test and can expose hormonal issues and nutrient deficiencies causing the symptoms you're experiencing. If you're not consuming whole foods, be sure to read the label of ALL package foods. I hope this help.

1.) Do or should you washing the hair first or can you do this between wash on dry hair? 2.) When you complete this process and the hair dry how long can the product stay on your hair? Meaning, do you have to wash it out or can you rock it for a week if you want to. 3.) Is this a leave in condition process? I am new to channel, Love your information. I have a problem with dry hair. Not sure if you have done a video on how to keep hair moisturized between wash.
@4CHairTransformationCoachTrina
@4CHairTransformationCoachTrina 7 күн бұрын
Hello and thanks for watching the video. This moisturization step is done between wash days. The duration between your wash day is different for everyone as it depends upon how well your hair retains moisture. Moisturing products are designed to remain in your hair until your next wash day. Leave-in conditioners are required immediately after washing your hair. This video is one of many videos I'll be uploading about how to retain moisture. Remember everybody's hair is different when it's time to remoisturize your hair. I would encourage you to start a hair journal so your hair can reveal patterns about what your hair needs and when. It will also allow you to recall what products you used and the impact they had on your hair. I hope this help, and stay tune because more educational videos are coming.

Bear with me, this is a long comment. I have been natural for over 26 years. I braided with extensions for 10, then in. 2021, I stopped using anything artificial in my hair. I menopaused in 2019. My hair was still full. Then November 2021, l lost half of my hair due to hormonal imbalance; I was devastated. But I am not one to surrender. January 2022, l began to follow a couple of natural hair gurus into a regrowth journey. I religiously deep conditioned weekly. After 1 year, very little results. 18 months, some results. Finally, in February 2024, my hair has resuscitated. The top (cortex) has not grown for 2 years. March 2022, l asked a girlfriend to thread it, just that spot, miraculously, in began to sprout after 2 weeks. I have also adopted a low manipulation approach (a single monthly deep conditioning and wash). Last week, l have sported my first hairdo in 2 years. Hair is still thriving. No hair extensions or wig, l have used hair wraps since. I recommend Avocado, eggs and bananas for extremely damaged hair. Thank you Trina for your channel. I am 57, going on 58.

Hello and thank you for subscribing to my channel. I tell you what this menopause "thang' ain't no joke. I wish I had paid more attention before I got snactched by the menopause body snatcher. I had to do a lot of research to learn this new body and for sure a number of things can fall apart post menopause. I'v learned a number of things can impact hair loss after menopause: low stomach acid, thyroid issues, fibroids, inflammation due to diet, medication and most definitely stress. I haven't gone to a trichologist yet, but I've been listening to a number of them and following them on KZbin and following their advice. I've learned a lot so I've done a process of elimination according to all the possible contributors of hormonal hair loss. I'm going to put 100% efforts to reverse the hair loss; then I will set an appointment with a Trichologist to see what more I can do prevent the bald spots from reoccurring in the future.

Hey Sis, it turned out great!! I like the hairstyle as well. 💕 Did you find that the Henna also strengthened your hair? I use a henna mask every three months. This last go I did a henna gloss. I think I will stick with those because it cuts down on time. 😅 I primarily use it for its strengthening properties. The little grays that I have also show up a little copper, and I don’t mind at all. When I get to have a lot more gray, I will probably use it with indigo as well. I also use henna teas in between the three months. It’s done so much for my hair that I’ve yet to use a protein treatment in over a year and a half. Great video! 💜

Thank you for checking out the video. I have the henna gloss but I haven't used it yet. Let me know how it worked for you. Because my 2024 goal is to thicken the hormonal hair loss towards the front of my head I will be using more henna powders and essential oils to stimulate growth to refill my follicles, and thicken my strands. I also like the copper tones as well on the greys.

From what I understand, A henna gloss is just mixing the henna mixture with a conditioner of choice, so that’s what I did. I liked it cause it saves me time from doing a separate treatment of deep conditioning. Henna is THAT one…I just love it. I hope it works for your hormonal recovery. I’m working on one as well from postpartum shedding around my edges. 😅 Happy growing Sis!
