Hello again. Your videos are awesome. I have a problem that I hope you can help me with. I have the Elgato Prompter, the Facecam Pro and the Streamdeck + with the USB hub. I also have a Black out Edition of the Blue Yeti (and other mics) plus the Razer Blackshark V2 X. I do not try to do anything with both the Blue Yeti and the headphones connected at the same time. I am feed up with both Wavelink and OBS. Can you recommend a software alternative to this terrible combination that will all me to see a text overlay while looking into the Facecam Pro using the Prompter. By the way, I heard a major AI software reviewer say he either heard or saw a preproduction 15 inch Elgato Prompter. Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.

Honestly if you think obs and wavelink is terrible it's just because your way over your head. Both obs and wavelink are fantastic products that thousands of people use everyday with great success. Your just a beginner most likely thinking you can learn the art of streaming in a month. It just doesn't work like that. Maybe use streamyard or evmux and pay for it monthly.

Hello, After having 2 extensive conversations with Elgato tech support, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the results. I have the Elgato Prompter, Facecam Pro 4K , and the Stream Deck + and both Wavelink software and OBS and used the Black Edition of the Blue Yeti. Despite the Elgato plug ins 4 Wavelink software to control clipping and eliminate background noise, the video looked like i had AC on (which I did not). I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated. I have no idea what to do.

Leonard that's my Grandfathers name...watch this video I did with the blue yeti. The free noise reduction worked great. This stuff takes time to learn. I've spent hours and hours teaching myself. The other vst I've paid for like 30 bucks is the simple and effective NS1 pluggin. It works well and is easy to us. The free one works well too just a little less control. One other thing is test test test....this way you don't record for nothing. Watch this whole video lmk if it helped. kzbin.info/www/bejne/oKGsfIF9rsSGrq8si=lNqUF6vtPaopzrC3

Hello Sir, We are using vmix for our live streaming. Is vmix enough to do the camera switching or we need to add video switcher like Atem? Thank you
@CoffeeTalkandTechJohnRyan3 ай бұрын
So a atem is also a capture card and a switcher. The question would be what are you using to bring your cameras into vmix? I use a elgato camlink which lets me bring in each camera separately and add them to my vmix playlist. The atem only let's one camera be used at a time. So I wouldn't think this is possible with the atem from vmix but I do think it's possible with script written for the atem.

I have a SmallRig Dummy Battery for the Canon E6NH. I've used it in both my EOS R and my R6 II. However, when I used it in my R6 II, I found that after using it for about 10-12 minutes, the SD card was rather warm - not hot - but warm when I took it out of the camera to see a test video, although I've not had the same issue when using the SmallRig in my EOS R. I was wondering if you have the same experience with your EOR R? Thanks for your anticipated reply.
